2018 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 15

We are in playoff mode.

I took a week off of writing about fantasy football due to, um, life. I was just so darn busy and had to make a couple long trips during the week. I had no time to sit down and pump out my fantasy suggestions or go in-depth with my NFL betting picks.

I made the postseason in all but one of my leagues this season (I stashed Le’Veon Bell in that failed league). I wish everyone luck as you (hopefully) move into the championship game next week.

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 15 of the 2018 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Andrew Luck of the Indianapolis Colts.

2018 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 7

The Oakland Raiders, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers are all out on bye this week. Your team could be in the market for a number of positions due to those teams being out.

There are still some pretty significant injuries again affecting teams this week. There are a handful of guys that can’t seem to heal from nagging hamstring injuries.

Can the Chicago Bears hang with the New England Patriots?

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 7 of the 2018 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of Buffalo Bills RB LeSean McCoy.

How are your fantasy teams doing this season? Are you prepared for the first week with byes?

The Carolina Panthers and Washington Redskins are the first teams with a week off during the 2018 NFL season. You could be in the market for a streaming running back if you own running backs  Christian McCaffrey or Adrian Peterson.

Now that rookie quarterbacks Baker Mayfield and Josh Rosen are set to start their first NFL games, which rookie quarterback is worth a roster spot?

Where do Bills QB Josh Allen and Jets QB Sam Darnold rank among the four rookie starting quarterbacks?

2018 NFL Week 2 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I started the year off on a good note by going 9-6-1 against the spread in Week 1.

Not only did some teams surprise everyone (Jets & Bucs), but there were some nice underdog moneylines that paid out.

We didn’t get out of Week 1 without dealing with some injuries. RB Leonard Fournette, WR Doug Baldwin and TE Delanie Walker all may miss multiple weeks due to injuries. It’s important to keep an eye on injury reports early in the year. There are some big names on there this week.

We pick ever NFL game against the spread and throw out a few upsets in Week 2 of the 2018 NFL season.

2018 Fantasy Football Rankings – Top 50 Quarterbacks

We are a month away from the start of the 2018 NFL regular season!

You are most likely a couple weeks away from your fantasy football draft, but we want to get you informed early.

The quarterback position can make or break your team. It’s hard to bounce back from a huge whiff at that position. It’s important to select a quality QB2 in case you draft a complete bust.

The 2018 NFL Draft had a handful of rookie quarterbacks selected in the first two rounds. There are a couple that have a shot of starting this season, but it would take an injury (or two) for the rest to throw a pass this season.

Is there a surprise #1 QB ranking?

Unlucky Colts Should Bail on Season

The Indianapolis Colts are currently 2-6 and have lost their last three games. The rest of the AFC South have exciting, young players and the Colts roster is just flat. They currently have one of the longest betting odds to win the Super Bowl. It could be just a matter of weeks before they are eliminated from playoff contention.

I realize the dumpster fires in Cleveland and San Francisco make the Colts look alright, but they are possibly the worst-coached team in the NFL. Indy head coach Chuck Pagano struggles to keep his team motivated. They are lucky to play three quarters a week and they find creative ways to lose games. They are long overdue for a head coaching change.

The silver lining to the early season troubles has always been that QB Andrew Luck was supposed to play soon. Well, it looks like Luck could miss the rest of the season due to lingering shoulder issues. He needed a cortisone shot shortly after a few days of throwing a football. Luck is ‘not close’ to returning to practice anytime soon.

2017 NFL Week 4 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 9-7 last week against the spread.

As many of you know, I’m a Colts fan. I’m often quite overly negative and pessimistic about the team. I’m not happy that Andrew Luck will miss this marquee game against the Seahawks on Sunday Night Football. Russell Wilson and Luck has only faced each other one other time and it may be a few more years until they play each other again.

When Luck had his shoulder surgery, I never heard a single word that the recovery would eat into the regular season. It wasn’t until the Summer and we heard that hey may not be ready for the start of the season and now it looks like he may be out another few weeks. It just blows that we have to see Jacoby Brissett in Luck’s spot in what I expect to be a blowout.

Can Cam Newton break out of his slump and upset the reigning Super Bowl champions?

We pick ever NFL game against the spread and throw out a few upsets in Week 4 of the 2017 NFL season.

2016 Fantasy Football Rankings – Top 50 Quarterbacks

cam newton hat outfit clothes america's white boy top 50 fantasy quaterbacks nfl 2016People are starting to schedule banquet halls and/or reserve a larger orders of buffalo wings at your local bar in hopes of having the best fantasy football draft of all-time. Others opt to draft online and enjoy the festivities in their boxers.

Both are awesome, but I enjoy buffalo wings a little more than being anti-social.

The quarterback position is extremely deep in fantasy football this season. If you are in a ten-team league, I predict that every team could have a legit #1 quarterback. That hasn’t been the case in many years. There’s always a team or two that ends up with what should be a fantasy backup as their starting QB.

We rank the top 50 quarterbacks and split hairs when deciding spots 40 thru 50.

2015 NFL Week 4 – Betting Picks Against Spread

funny andrew luck indianapolis colts point spread picks NFL america's white boyI had a great week against the spread in Week 3. I had two weeks to look at the teams and adjusted the rankings I made this offseason.

I went 12-4 last week against the spread. I also just missed two games by a single point. I hope I stay hot this week in which there are some nice home underdogs.

Philadelphia, Detroit and Indianapolis all have yet to play up to the level I thought they’d be at right now. Philly is dealing with injuries in the backfield, Detroit has had a tough schedule so far and Indy appears like something is destroying the team from the inside.

We pick every NFL game against the spread and throw out a few upsets in Week 4 of the 2015 NFL season.

2015 NFL Team Preview: Indianapolis Colts

funny andrew luck civil war indianapolis colts 2015 season preview NFLThe Colts made some splashy signings this offseason. They cut loose some dead weight (i.e. Trent Richardson) and signed hungry veterans like Frank Gore and Andre Johnson, who would love to win a ring before they call it quits. The Colts made it clear with their signings that their goal is the Super Bowl. Anything less would be considered a failure.

The AFC South has improved across the board this season, because it couldn’t get much worse. The Colts are still favored to win the division and possibly be in contention for home-field advantage in the postseason.

Here is the 2015 NFL team preview for the Indianapolis Colts.

Early NFL Win Total Predictions by Mybookie.ag

Andew Luck 2015 Indianapolis Colts NFL funny weirdI know a lot can happen between now and the start of the 2015 NFL season, but it’s never too early to find out all the NFL odds for the next season. NFL training camps open in just two weeks!

The NFL transactions page has been on silent mode lately, but it will ramp up closer to the start of camp. Just keep an eye on that page for big roster changes.

There has been a lot of movement already this offseason, so nearly all the pieces are in place for most teams.

I’m going to look at a few teams’ over/under regular season win totals. A few of the bets are no-brainers and I give a long shot bet prediction that could pay out well if everything goes right.

Is New England a smart play now, even though a ruling hasn’t came down on Tom Brady’s suspension appeal?

2013 NFL Week 7 – Betting Picks Against Spread

Peyton-Manning-Andrew-LuckNeed betting advice for the NFL games this weekend? We pick every game against the spread in Week 7 of the NFL season.

Say goodbye to any value in the points spreads. The value is now in the decent teams with a bad record (Atlanta, NY Giants, Pittsburgh). Those plays are risky, but they’ll payoff this week. Keep those teams in mind in the coming weeks. You could hit on a few home underdog moneyline plays.

We pick every NFL game against the spread and throw out a few upsets in Week 7 of the NFL season.
