2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 16

We only have a few more weeks left of the season.

I’m thinking about ending my fantasy picks after next week. Week 18 is such an unpredictable week due to playoff scenarios and teams resting their starters. It’s just a crap shoot and you’re probably not looking for waiver wire pickups in the final week of the regular season.

We are starting to find some new fantasy football waiver wire targets who are on very bad teams. I would suggest looking at players like Texans WR Chris Moore.

2022 NFL Week 15 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 7-6 against the spread last week.

Once again, I finished the week near-.500. It’s almost automatic at this point, but I hope that a full slate of games will end this streak of parity.

We only have one double-digit point spread this week. We usually have three of four double-digit betting lines this time of year. We will see way more in the coming weeks, so enjoy this week.

The Cardinals vs Broncos game might be the worst game of the year. I feel sorry for people in those regions.

2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 15

We will have full slates of games for the rest of the season.

You may have most of your roster set in stone, but there are always improvements to be made. I always look at which defenses I can stream and look to see there is an improvement I can pick up for one of my flex spots.

I try to suggest some under-the-radar adds for deeper leagues, and unless its a quarterback, I rarely add anyone above 90% ownership.

This week’s edition is pretty bare bones due to a time crunch. I make my sit/start suggestions, but I don’t have any commentary next to my picks. Next week’s edition will go back to my in-depth approach.

2022 NFL Week 14 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 6-9 against the spread last week.

I’ve been hovering around .500 for the entire month of November and I start December with a stinker. I hope to break my steak of mediocrity with a strong finish to the regular season.

This will be our last week with byes and we will have full slate of sixteen games after this week. I love having more opportunities every week, especially now that the college football regular season is over.

2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 14

We have a whopping six teams out on bye this week.

The Atlanta Falcons, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints and the Washington Commanders are out on bye. There are some fantasy beasts on those teams, so you could have some big shoes to fill with a streaming option.

This is the final week with byes this year. You should have a nice streamlined lineup after this week. I’m still a fan of streaming a flex and DEF/ST spots the rest of the year.

2022-23 College Basketball – All-Name Team

We haven’t lost a ton of guys off of last year’s list due to the extra year of eligibility many guys are taking advantage of, so we will have some fifth (or even sixth) year guys soon.

We picked through every Division-I college basketball roster and a few smaller schools for our list. This year’s class is strong and is a better version of last year’s All-Name Team.

My name is Bobby Roberts, so I am often jealous of people with unique names. The most unique thing about my name is that I was not born ‘Robert Roberts’, Bobby is my given name. I don’t know too many grown men named Bobby.

This list consists of names that we wished he had and ones we find humorous. Enjoy!

2022 NCAA Football – Week 14 Betting Picks Against Spread

Last week, I went 15-10 against the spread during Week 13 of the college football season.

Conference Championship Week is here!

I like this year’s slate of championship games. I expect most of these games will be tight and the point spreads reflect that. There are a couple double-digit point spreads, but you expected larger point spreads in the Purdue/Michigan and LSU/Georgia games.

2022 NFL Week 13 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 9-7 against the spread last week.

Another week, another near-.500 week for ole’ Sweetbob. I need to snap this streak and hopefully it will happen this weekend.

It was nice to not have a load of games on Thursday again. I really had to slam through all of my weekly content on Tuesday. I like to take my time on the picks, but it couldn’t happen during a Thanksgiving week.

I had a late start to this week’s content as I went to an All Elite Wrestling signing on Tuesday in Indianapolis. It was cool to meet my very nice, very evil hero Danhausen.

2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 13

After a week without any teams out on bye, we have two teams out this week.

The Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers are the only teams out this week. Those squads aren’t loaded with startable talent, so may only need low-level streaming options this week.

I know the need for streaming candidates becomes lower as the season progresses, but you should always be looking for upgrades and handcuffs. There are always a few surprise fantasy breakouts during the fantasy playoffs.

2022 NCAA Football – Week 13 Betting Picks Against Spread

Last week, I went 13-11-1 against the spread during Week 12 of the college football season.

We have some big rivalry games this week. The Michigan vs Ohio State game will get all the oxygen this week, but there are some big games over Friday and Saturday this week.

2022 NFL Week 12 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 7-6-1 against the spread last week.

I need a big week after back-to-back 7-6-1 weeks. I’ve traditionally been very strong on Thanksgiving, but we will see. One of these years I’ll go back and figure out my Thanksgiving record. I’m writing this up late-Wednesday night, so there isn’t time to do that this year.

We are starting to see more double-digit point spreads, which happens more and more from late-November through the end of the season.

2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 12

We finally don’t have to deal with any byes this week. You shouldn’t have to deal with holes in your lineup, unless you have a recently-injured player like TE Kyle Pitts or WR Wan’Dale Robinson.

You will have an awkward issue of having three games on Thursday. There are some injury question marks that play on Sunday, so should you roll the dice or play it safe by playing your backup that plays on Thanksgiving?

Now that the Niners offense is healthy, is QB Jimmy Garoppolo a must-start going forward?

Should you sit Packers QB Aaron Rodgers against the Eagles?
