2021 NFL Week 1 – Betting Picks Against Spread

Are you ready to place your bets?

I went 152-121-8 against the spread last season. I hope this season will be a little less erratic with COVID issues, but it appears that will not be the case. I would suggest to hold off on placing any large bets until the day before kickoff. There will be a few games ruined by positive tests at some point this year.

There was a huge turnover with starting quarterbacks this offseason. A lot of new faces in new places. Will any of these veteran quarterbacks turn back the clock and play like their peak?

How will Cowboys QB Dak Prescott and Giants RB Saquon Barkley bounce-back from major injuries?

Can the Browns avenge last year’s playoff elimination against the Chiefs?

We pick every NFL game against the spread and throw out a few upsets in Week 1 of the 2021 NFL season.

2021 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 1

It’s finally time for the start of the National Football League season.

The NFL added a regular season game this year, so your fantasy football league playoff format could have changed.

It appears that we will see some of the rookie quarterbacks starting in Week 1. It’s a sure thing that Trevor Lawrence and Mac Jones will start and it wouldn’t surprise me if one or two other rookie QBs end up in a game this week.

How will new Los Angeles Rams QB Matthew Stafford in his first game with the team?

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 1 of the 2021 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Trevor Lawrence of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Betting Picks: 2021 NFL Over/Under Season Wins

The NFL added an extra game to their regular season schedule and teams will now play seventeen games. It makes the over/under win totals a little extra tricky.

These win total prop bets have been out there for months now, but I wanted to see the final 53-man rosters for every team before I made my picks.

This year’s strong rookie quarterback class made this offseason more interesting than most. It’s hard for a team to sit a first-round quarterback these days. The life-cycle of a front office is shorter than ever, so these general managers want to see their rookie QBs make them look smart.

Will the Rams or Lions benefit the most from their quarterback swap?

2021 NCAA Football – Week 1 Betting Picks Against Spread

College Football season is here, guys!

We didn’t get an official kickoff to the college football season last year due to all the pandemic issues. It looked like the entire season was going to be cancelled and then slowly teams started to schedule games. It’s nice to see a full slate of games to start the year.

The changes to the NCAA transfer portal has made things pretty crazy. There are a ton of new faces in new places. Oregon-transfer QB Tyler Shough has found a new home at Texas Tech. Many think he could end up being one of the top players chosen in next year’s NFL Draft. They kick off their season against the Houston Cougars.

Will Clemson cover against Georgia?

We at ‘America’s White Boy’ pick 25 college football games against the spread in Week 1 of the 2021-22 NCAA Football season (September 4th, 2021).

2021 College Football: All-Name Team

This is one of my favorite posts to do every year, but due to all the knowns about the college football season at this point last year, we didn’t compile a list. We are happy to bring this back this year and debut some new names.

What makes a great college football name?

A good litmus test is if it works as a potential pro wrestling name, it works in college football. It also works if a name sounds like a verb, phrase, a certain body part or just a bad ass football name that makes them sound tough.

We went through every team in the top two divisions in the NCAA. We went through ever single name and picked out the ones that were funny and some names we just wish we had.

My name is Bobby Roberts, so of all the people who can write a post poking fun at names, it’s me. I’m always asked if my real name is Robert Roberts (it’s not) or if my name is fake (it’s not).

Here is the 2021-22 college football All-Name team.

2021 NBA Draft – Best Undrafted Players

The 2021 NBA Draft is two rounds and consists of just 60 picks, so not every good college basketball player will hear his name called. Many NBA teams opt to select players with a higher upside and some of those picks are foreign players they wish to just stash overseas.

There are still some very good players left to sign, but with another short offseason, they may not get as many opportunities to get noticed as in previous years.

Milwaukee Bucks guard Bryn Forbes won an NBA title this year and he went undrafted back in 2016.

This is not the end of the road for these players. There are many undrafted players in the NBA, so a few of these guys will still make their dreams come true in the future.

Here are the best undrafted players not selected in the 2021 NBA Draft.

What To Know About Rubber Sports Flooring

Rubber flooring has become increasingly popular, not only in business and educational settings but also in a variety of home settings. It is durable, robust, and environmentally friendly. It is instrumental in places like sports centers and gymnasiums, where occupant comfort and safety are vital.

Sports floors must provide balance, absorb shocks, prevent traction, and give exuberance – they must be durable, resilient, and safe to enable optimal performance, sustain heavy traffic and frequent bettering, and prevent injuries. They fit all of these criteria: they’re long-lasting, provide excellent shock absorption and durability, and provide a comfortable and safe workplace for both athletes and staff. It’s no surprise, then, that rubber is the preferred flooring material for sporting facilities around the world.

I Found the Browser-Based Game Motherlode

This past weekend, I was searching the interwebs for some fun browser-based games. I found a few sites that had a handful of games, but I came across Plays.org, which had an epic amount of games. Their category list is massive and filled with fun games. They were even adding new games as I was browsing the list.

I used to play a lot of browser-based games in-between studying for an exam or at the tail-end of a workday while I was waiting to leave work. Sudoku was usually my go-to game to waste a few minutes.

Browser-based games are free and can run on basically any computer. You don’t need an expensive gaming computer, which is a huge bonus. They are even cross-platformed, so you can play on your phone.

Essential Things to Take With You to the Shooting Range

Going to the shooting range can be filled with a lot of fond memories. While it is important always to have fun, it is also important to be safe in the process. Listed below are a few things you should take with you on your next trip down to the shooting range. This will ensure that you get the most out of your trip, all while being safe as well.

1.Firearms

Probably the most important thing that you should remember on your trip is your firearms. Although some shooting ranges allow you to rent firearms, it would be better suited to take your own firearm with you if you are lucky enough to own one. If the purpose of your trip to the shooting range is to test out different types of firearms before making a purchase, then you don’t have to add this to your list of items to remember.

2.Ammunition

Your firearm will be nothing but a showpiece if you don’t have ammunition to shoot with it. Some shooting ranges will have ammunition on-site that you can buy, but the prices may vary. Since the trip down to the shooting range is no cheap exercise, it would be recommended to save some money wherever you can. Shop around for some more affordable options and take them with you to the shooting range.

3.Eye protection

Eye protection is very important, and you will not be allowed to use your firearm at the shooting range if you do not have some eye protection. If you are a regular to the shooting range or plan on becoming a regular, you should definitely invest in good eye protection. The last thing that you want on your fun-filled trip is for someone to end up with an eye injury just because caution and safety were not their first priority. You only have two eyes, and as they are irreplaceable, it is best to take as good care of them as you possibly can.

4.Ear protection

Alongside eye protection, ear protection is also very important and should be taken seriously. It is important to invest in proper hunting hearing protection to ensure optimal protection for your ears. Everyone knows that firearms make loud noises when they are shot, and at a shooting range, it will not only be just your firearm in use but also all the other people’s firearms. Being exposed to a lot of loud noises can be harmful to your ears and can be the cause of hearing loss. Therefore good ear protection is an important investment that should be considered.

These tips listed above will ensure that you have the best time possible but also making sure not to neglect the safety that is necessary. The shooting range will provide you with a lot of good memories that will stay with you forever. It is also a good place to practice your aim for the next time when you are in the field, and the target is not standing still.
