Projectile Sports That Take A Lot Of Skill

Sports in the traditional sense have always focused on physical performance. Whether you love playing football, basketball or baseball, you’re constantly using your body to win the game. Your mind has to be proactive and see openings your opponent has not but for all intents and purposes, you are still using your physical actions to impact the game. But there are other sports that take just as much skill but require far fewer physical movements. Projectile sports are slowly catching on and becoming available to a wider audience thanks to the internet. They require finesse and understanding of physics, they utilize specific equipment and they do sometimes have a steep learning curve. But don’t let that put you off, there’s so much to be gained from projectile sports.

WWE’s ‘Hell In A Cell’ Insulted Fans’ Intelligence

2019 WWE Hell In A Cell The Fiend Bray Wyatt Seth RollinsWWE chose the absolute worst time to book what may go down as one of the worst pay-per-views of all-time.

I’m sure WWE were walking with a little extra pep in their step after a strong debut on FOX on Friday. They scored their biggest rating in years and they are now rolling in dough with their new television deals kicking in this week.

This pay-per-view may have been doomed from the start since they spent the final Smackdown celebrating themselves, and they only officially announced three matches prior to ‘Hell In A Cell’. They also made it clear that they didn’t care about this pay-per-view as they used Smackdown to build towards the show in Saudi Arabia on October 31st.

2019 NCAA Football – Week 6 Betting Picks Against Spread

2019 College Football Picks Against the Spread Week 6 NCAA Baylor Bears cheerleadersI apologize for getting my college football picks out this late, but my hosting company decided to migrate thousands of sites to larger servers…and didn’t get an email telling me this was going to happen. After it was moved, I had to call the security company that protects my site. The hosting company didn’t tell them the new IP address of the server and they had to add that manually. So, after 30 hours of random back-and-forth calls, it’s now fixed.

There are some huge games this week that could knock off a few conference championship contenders. Iowa vs Michigan and Auburn vs Florida are two must-watch games this week.

We at ‘America’s White Boy’ pick 25 college football games against the spread in Week 6 of the 2019-20 NCAA Football season (October 5th,, 2019). We also pick some smaller conference games.

2019 NFL Week 5 – Betting Picks Against Spread

baker mayfield cleveland browns dottedI finished 8-7 against the spread with my picks last week.

The Miami Dolphins are on bye week, but we still have our fair share of double-digit point spreads this week.

The Browns finally lived up to the hype last week when they beat the Ravens 40-25. They face the Niners on Monday Night and are actually 3.5-point underdogs. Can the Browns score an underdog win in the Bay Area?

Will any backup quarterbacks lead their teams to a cover this week?

We pick every NFL game against the spread and throw out a few upsets in Week 5 of the 2019 NFL season.

2019 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 5

The Detroit Lions and Miami Dolphins are on bye during Week 5. Sadly, this means that you won’t have an easy team for a fantasy defense this week.

We are only through four games and we’ve lost around a 1/3rd of the starting quarterbacks due to injuries and ineffectiveness. We lost more last week with Mitchell Trubisky (injury) and Case Keenum (garbage throws) getting replaced during the games.

Which backup quarterbacks are worth a roster spot?

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 5 of the 2019 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Philip Rivers of the Los Angeles Chargers.

Learn How to Read the Odds in the World of NFL

While many people want to think they can accurately predict how an NFL game will plat out, it’s not that easy. In fact, Forbes recognized that the NFL is more unpredictable than ever. For those who are wanting to enter the world of sports betting via the National Football League, you’ve got to know the basics. That’s why we covered them here!

Point-Spreads (A.K.A. Lines, Sides, & Spreads)

This is the most popular type of wager placed by people focused on wagering on NFL teams/games as they see it as the solution to putting the NFL odds in their favor. The bookie chooses the number. For example, probabilities could be represented as Dallas Cowboys +9.5 and New York Jets -9.5. In this case, the New York Jets are considered less likely to win and that they’ll lose by 10 points or more (since 9.5 has a half associated, it’s rounded up).

2019 NCAA Football – Week 5 Betting Picks Against Spread

2019 College Football Picks Against the Spread Week 5 NCAA USC Trojans song girls cheerleadersI went 14-10-1 against the spread last week.

The college football landscape looks and feels a little different now that we saw the outcome of the Georgia/Notre Dame and Wisconsin/Michigan games. We can probably write off Michigan being any sort of Big Ten championship contender after that poor performance.

We are also making a shortlist of potential Heisman candidates. No one is running away with it yet, but conference play is just getting started. We should be able to cross off a few guys after this week.

We at ‘America’s White Boy’ pick 25 college football games against the spread in Week 5 of the 2019-20 NCAA Football season (September 28th,, 2019). We also pick some smaller conference games.

2019 NFL Week 4 – Betting Picks Against Spread

jacoby brissett dotted 2019I finished 10-6 against the spread with my picks last week.

I’m really liking some of the nail biting fourth quarters this season. There have been so many point spreads covered late in games. It just didn’t happen much last year.

There were two 20+ point spreads last week (only one covered), but there aren’t any near that level this week. The Dolphins are huge underdogs (again), but they are only sixteen-point underdogs against the Chargers this week.

Can rookie quarterbacks Kyler Murray and Gardner Minshew lead upsets this weekend?

Was Daniel Jones just a one-week wonder?

We pick every NFL game against the spread and throw out a few upsets in Week 4 of the 2019 NFL season.

2019 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 4

daniel jones dottedThe usual top fantasy quarterbacks aren’t having the best years. Most have been bitten by the injury bug or overall ineptitude. Backups have risen to the challenge and we have guys like Giants QB Daniel Jones and Panthers QB Kyle Allen killing it in fantasy last week.

Bye weeks start in Week 4, but luckily the two teams on bye aren’t stacked with fantasy studs. The San Francisco 49ers and New York Jets are the two teams sitting this week out.

Which young backup quarterback will have the best fantasy output this weekend: Kyle Allen, Daniel Jones or Gardner Minshew?

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 4 of the 2019 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Daniel Jones of the New York Giants.

The Best Potential Quarterbacks in the 2020 NFL Draft Class

Justin-Herbert-2020-NFL-Draft-Quarterback-ClassMost scouts thought the 2019 NFL Draft lacked the quarterback depth of the previous year’s draft. QB Kyler Murray should be a good quarterback, but there were huge question marks with the other first-round quarterbacks selected.

The 2020 NFL Draft should be stacked with quarterback talent. There are a few underclassmen that could hold out for another year, but there will be enough QBs in this coming year’s draft to fulfill the never-ending need for youth at that position in the NFL.

We will list ten of the best quarterbacks who can potentially be in the 2020 NFL Draft class and a few honorable mentions that could be diamonds in the rough. We are only a few weeks into the college football season, so a lot can change until the draft in May, but this is a nice primer to help you get to know this year’s quarterback class.
