2021 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 11

We had another odd week with the Lions playing to a tie against the Steelers and Panthers QB Cam Newton turned back the clock in his re-debut with the team.

The Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Rams are the only two teams out on bye this week.

There are only a handful of top fantasy players out on bye this week, but honestly, after the Rams & Broncos performances last week, you needed a week away to calm down.

Will Bucs QB Tom Brady bounce-back from a sub-par performance?

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 11 of the 2021 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Cam Newton of the Carolina Panthers.

2021 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 4

Are you content with your current roster or are you looking to make some trades?

A few Week 3 injuries will have an impact on this week’s games. Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey will miss a few weeks after injuring his hamstring against the Texans. Panthers rookie RB Chuba Hubbard will be a trendy pickup this week.

Rookie quarterbacks are struggling this year. Will any of the young signal callers bounce-back this week?

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 4 of the 2021 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills.

Super Bowl 55 – Betting Picks Against Spread & Prop Bets

Super Bowl 55 is this Sunday and it’s a prop bets smorgasbord.

I LOVE prop bets. I actually get more joy out of betting Super Bowl prop bets than betting against the spread. Yes, most are a crap shoot, but with the right research, you can end up winning bets with very favorable odds.

I’m not saying you can research who will win the coin toss, but there are many other player and team prop bets out there that have nice odds.

Some prop bets aren’t worth the money (the juice isn’t worth the slight risk), but sometimes you just have to lay a few bucks down, cross your fingers and wish for the best.

I picked out some of the most popular prop bets for Super Bowl 55 (or Super Bowl LV for Roman numeral fans)…and we also pick the game against the spread.

2020 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 6

COVID-19 continues to be a challenge, but the NFL has been able to move games around so far. One game was cancelled last week and one was moved to Tuesday. Let’s hope this outbreak calms down since delaying games and moving games around will be more difficult later in the year.

We have a pretty good marquee game that will pit Packers QB Aaron Rodgers against Bucs QB Tom Brady. They haven’t played each other a ton in their careers, so it’s nice to see at least one more meeting before one of them call it quits.

There’s no Thursday night games this week, so you can take a couple extra days to tinker with your lineup.

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 6 of the 2020 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers.

2020 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 4

We saw some new, young faces make a name for themselves last week. A few rookie wide receivers lead that list with Vikings rookie WR Justin Jefferson catching seven balls for 175 yards and a touchdown.

Texans QB Deshaun Watson started the season out against the Chiefs, Ravens and Steelers…can you name three worse teams to face to begin a season? Can he reverse course against the Vikings?

Will Bucs QB Tom Brady have a big game against the Chargers?

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 4 of the 2020 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Deshaun Watson of the Houston Texans.

2020 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 1

Due to the pandemic, we didn’t get any NFL preseason games this year. All of our assumptions about playing time and what role a player will play on a team comes from the beat reporters, analysts and coaches. We know from experience that we will be thrown some curveballs in Week 1.

There was a game of musical chairs this offseason and there are a ton of new starting quarterbacks around the league.

Can Tampa Bay QB Tom Brady (that’s still strange to type) start the season off strong against  New Orleans?

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 1 of the 2020 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Cam Newton of the New England Patriots.

2019 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 4

daniel jones dottedThe usual top fantasy quarterbacks aren’t having the best years. Most have been bitten by the injury bug or overall ineptitude. Backups have risen to the challenge and we have guys like Giants QB Daniel Jones and Panthers QB Kyle Allen killing it in fantasy last week.

Bye weeks start in Week 4, but luckily the two teams on bye aren’t stacked with fantasy studs. The San Francisco 49ers and New York Jets are the two teams sitting this week out.

Which young backup quarterback will have the best fantasy output this weekend: Kyle Allen, Daniel Jones or Gardner Minshew?

2018 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 17

Week 17 can be a crap shoot. Teams rest some of their stars and there’s always one ‘out of nowhere’ performance by a backup that can sway a championship game.

Many leagues had their championship in Week 16, but needing a strong showing Week 17 just makes a league more interesting. A team can make a huge comeback from a poor score in the first week of the championship.

Should you automatically bench a guy whose team has nothing left to play for?

Did you make it to your championship game or are you just battling for a bronze medal this week?

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 17 of the 2018 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Ben Roethlisberger of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

2018 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 16

Welcome to Championship Week(s).

Based on how your league is structured, this could be your lone Championship game or first of two weeks. I’m a fan of not including Week 17 in your fantasy league, but it does make things interesting with stars resting before the Playoffs.

Did you make it to your championship game or are you just battling for a bronze medal this week?

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 16 of the 2018 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys.

2018 Fantasy Football Rankings – Top 50 Quarterbacks

We are a month away from the start of the 2018 NFL regular season!

You are most likely a couple weeks away from your fantasy football draft, but we want to get you informed early.

The quarterback position can make or break your team. It’s hard to bounce back from a huge whiff at that position. It’s important to select a quality QB2 in case you draft a complete bust.

The 2018 NFL Draft had a handful of rookie quarterbacks selected in the first two rounds. There are a couple that have a shot of starting this season, but it would take an injury (or two) for the rest to throw a pass this season.

Is there a surprise #1 QB ranking?
