2022 NFL Week 15 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 7-6 against the spread last week.

Once again, I finished the week near-.500. It’s almost automatic at this point, but I hope that a full slate of games will end this streak of parity.

We only have one double-digit point spread this week. We usually have three of four double-digit betting lines this time of year. We will see way more in the coming weeks, so enjoy this week.

The Cardinals vs Broncos game might be the worst game of the year. I feel sorry for people in those regions.

2022 NFL Week 14 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 6-9 against the spread last week.

I’ve been hovering around .500 for the entire month of November and I start December with a stinker. I hope to break my steak of mediocrity with a strong finish to the regular season.

This will be our last week with byes and we will have full slate of sixteen games after this week. I love having more opportunities every week, especially now that the college football regular season is over.

2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 13

After a week without any teams out on bye, we have two teams out this week.

The Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers are the only teams out this week. Those squads aren’t loaded with startable talent, so may only need low-level streaming options this week.

I know the need for streaming candidates becomes lower as the season progresses, but you should always be looking for upgrades and handcuffs. There are always a few surprise fantasy breakouts during the fantasy playoffs.

2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 11

The Miami Dolphins, Seattle Seahawks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Jacksonville Jaguars are out on bye this week. Who should you stream to replace quaterbacks Tua Tagovailoa and Geno Smith?

Injuries are hurting a few fantasy starters right now. Bill QB Josh Allen is dealing with an elbow injury and Raiders QB Derek Carr is missing a few of his favorite targets.

We are only a couple games away from Browns QB Deshaun Watson making his Browns debut. Is it time to add him to your bench?

2022 NFL Week 10 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 3-8-2 against the spread last week. It was by far my worst betting week in many years.

It was a brutal outcome after being on a three-week tear. You just have to shake it off, figure out what you missed and don’t let it happen again.

We don’t have a London game this week, but we have one in freaking Germany! I don’t know how I missed this when it was announced months ago. I had no clue they were expanding their normal England games and including various countries across the European Union.

Can the Packers pull off the upset against the Cowboys?

2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 10

We are back to only four teams on bye this week, but the teams are loaded with normal flex options and solid quarterbacks.

The Cincinnati Bengals, New England Patriots, New York Jets and the Baltimore Ravens are all out.

Every bye team, except the Jets, welcome this bye week. They are dealing with injuries to key players. It’s another week for QB Mac Jones and the Ravens backfield to fully heal up.

2022 NFL Week 8 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 9-5 against the spread last week.

I had a shot at an eleven-win week, but I failed to cover in the primetime games on Sunday and Monday.

Many teams find themselves with a different starting quarterback than they had just a few weeks ago. The Colts made a change by naming QB Sam Ehlinger the starter over veteran Matt Ryan. Also, the Saints have given the keys to QB Andy Dalton, regardless of the health of Jameis Winston.

Can the Jets continue their hot start with a cover over the Patriots?

2022 NFL Week 7 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 10-4 against the spread last week.

I was finally able to crack a streak of .500-ish weeks. I was able to sweep the late-Sunday slate and all of the Primetime games. It was nice to get the monkey off my back, but I need to keep this going.

We have some quarterbacks that could return from injuries this week. Miami, New England and Dallas could all have their signal-callers in uniform this weekend.

Can the Falcons stay perfect against the spread?

Bye weeks are back!

The Detroit Lions, Tennessee Titans, Las Vegas Raiders and the Houston Texans all have the week off.

Those teams don’t have the best records, but they have some fantasy studs on their teams. You could be in a position to find a replacement for RB Derrick Henry, WR Davante Adams or TE T.J. Hockenson.

Is Seahawks QB Geno Smith a worthy streaming option against the Cardinals?

2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 5

Bye weeks will begin next week, are you ready?

The days with ample amount of players on the waiver wire will be over soon. It’s smart to prepared yourself right now and pick up a few guys to maybe stash away for a bye week…although, injuries can ruin all of your future plans.

It looks like we will see at least two rookie quarterbacks this week. The Steelers gave the starting role to QB Kenny Pickett and the Patriots need rookie QB Bailey Zappe to step into that role due to multiple injuries at the position.

How will the rookie quarterbacks fare in Week 5?

2022 NFL Week 4 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 7-9 against the spread last week.

We will see the first London game of the year, which are usually horribly-played games. I think the underdogs have won most of those games and expect a low-scoring affair.

The Raiders are 0-3 outright and against the spread right now. I thought they could be a potential playoff team at the start of the year. There is still a lot of football left to play. Can the Raiders turn this season around with a cover this week?

2022 NFL Week 3 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 8-8 against the spread last week.

This week’s NFL betting picks was up later than I usually like due to attending an Alice Cooper concert on Tuesday and being in a Nyquil haze due to a lingering cough. It was a good time and I suggest seeing his show while he’s still out there.

There are a few surprise 2-0 teams against the spread right now. No one thought the New York Giants would be among that group, and the Detroit Lions occupy that space as well.
