2022 NFL Week 17 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 7-9 against the spread last week.

I’m glad to be back with my regular NFL betting content. I had a physical issue during the cold stretch and my arms were numb due to my ongoing neck issues. I deal with intermittent numbness, but this was next level. I had very little coordination in my hands and it made typing a slow, typo-ridden experience.

This time of the year, you need to be knowledgeable about different playoff-clinching scenarios. There are a few teams that can clinch spots and it doesn’t look like any team will bulk rest their starters.

2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 16

We only have a few more weeks left of the season.

I’m thinking about ending my fantasy picks after next week. Week 18 is such an unpredictable week due to playoff scenarios and teams resting their starters. It’s just a crap shoot and you’re probably not looking for waiver wire pickups in the final week of the regular season.

We are starting to find some new fantasy football waiver wire targets who are on very bad teams. I would suggest looking at players like Texans WR Chris Moore.

2022 NFL Week 15 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 7-6 against the spread last week.

Once again, I finished the week near-.500. It’s almost automatic at this point, but I hope that a full slate of games will end this streak of parity.

We only have one double-digit point spread this week. We usually have three of four double-digit betting lines this time of year. We will see way more in the coming weeks, so enjoy this week.

The Cardinals vs Broncos game might be the worst game of the year. I feel sorry for people in those regions.

2022 NFL Week 14 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 6-9 against the spread last week.

I’ve been hovering around .500 for the entire month of November and I start December with a stinker. I hope to break my steak of mediocrity with a strong finish to the regular season.

This will be our last week with byes and we will have full slate of sixteen games after this week. I love having more opportunities every week, especially now that the college football regular season is over.

2022 NFL Week 10 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 3-8-2 against the spread last week. It was by far my worst betting week in many years.

It was a brutal outcome after being on a three-week tear. You just have to shake it off, figure out what you missed and don’t let it happen again.

We don’t have a London game this week, but we have one in freaking Germany! I don’t know how I missed this when it was announced months ago. I had no clue they were expanding their normal England games and including various countries across the European Union.

Can the Packers pull off the upset against the Cowboys?

2022 NFL Week 9 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 10-5 against the spread last week.

I had a shot at an eleven-win week again, but the Bengals failed to show up against the Browns.

After this week, I feel like we will have a better idea which teams are contenders and which teams just benefited from an easier early season schedule. The Bills/Jets and Titans/Chiefs games are two examples of those contests.

There are three double-digit point spreads this week. Will any of them cover?

2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 9

There are a whopping six teams out on bye this week.

The Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, New York Giants, Pittsburgh Steelers and the San Francisco 49ers are all out.

You could still be in the market to replace a lot of flex-level fantasy players. There aren’t many studs on the bye teams this week, but your lineup could still be crippled.

2022 NFL Week 7 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 10-4 against the spread last week.

I was finally able to crack a streak of .500-ish weeks. I was able to sweep the late-Sunday slate and all of the Primetime games. It was nice to get the monkey off my back, but I need to keep this going.

We have some quarterbacks that could return from injuries this week. Miami, New England and Dallas could all have their signal-callers in uniform this weekend.

Can the Falcons stay perfect against the spread?

2022 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 7

There are loads of top-tier fantasy football talent out on bye this week.

The Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Rams, Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles all have the week off.

It’s rare to see a bye week this loaded, as these four teams have some of most talented players in fantasy. You could be in the market to replace WR Justin Jefferson, QB Jalen Hurts, QB Josh Allen or WR A.J. Brown, which are all tall tasks.

Can Daniel Jones be a viable fantasy quarterback against the Jaguars?

2022 NFL Week 4 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 7-9 against the spread last week.

We will see the first London game of the year, which are usually horribly-played games. I think the underdogs have won most of those games and expect a low-scoring affair.

The Raiders are 0-3 outright and against the spread right now. I thought they could be a potential playoff team at the start of the year. There is still a lot of football left to play. Can the Raiders turn this season around with a cover this week?

I went 155-129-6 against the spread last season. I hope this season will be a little less erratic with pandemic issues. We’ve had a good run of late, so let’s hope a new variant doesn’t pop up and screw up a bunch of games this Fall.

2021 NFL Week 18 – Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 5-9-2 against the spread last week.
