2020 NFL Fantasy Football Start/Sit – Week 1

Due to the pandemic, we didn’t get any NFL preseason games this year. All of our assumptions about playing time and what role a player will play on a team comes from the beat reporters, analysts and coaches. We know from experience that we will be thrown some curveballs in Week 1.

There was a game of musical chairs this offseason and there are a ton of new starting quarterbacks around the league.

Can Tampa Bay QB Tom Brady (that’s still strange to type) start the season off strong against  New Orleans?

Here is our Fantasy Football Sit/Start for Week 1 of the 2020 NFL season…and enjoy our awesome MS Paint masterpiece of QB Cam Newton of the New England Patriots.

2018 Fantasy Football Rankings – Top 100 Wide Receivers

I wasn’t expecting my wide receiver fantasy rankings to be over four thousand words, but it happened.

Wide receiver is quite deep this year and there is just a lot of information you need to swallow to make educated decisions on draft day. I’d rather write a few extra sentences than to omit some information you may need to make your decision.

Quarterback fantasy numbers have been through the roof the last few seasons. Wide receiver numbers are trending higher due to pass-friendly offenses. Teams are also lining up in more four and five-receiver formations. Also, the popularity of PPR leagues have made picking wide receivers that much more important.

Which sleeper wide receivers are we expecting big things from this year?

Here are our top 100 wide receivers for the 2018 fantasy football season.

2016 Fantasy Football Rankings – Top 75 Wide Receivers

antonio brown funny pittsburgh steelers top 75 fantasy football fantasy rankings 2016I don’t know if you’ve read the memo, but the NFL is a passing league. It has been a passing league for quite awhile and wide receivers have been slowly creeping up higher and higher in fantasy football drafts.

Calvin Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald were once the only two wide receivers, for quite awhile, that a fantasy owner would even consider drafting in the first round. A lot has changed.

If you go by most fantasy mock drafts, wide receivers dominate the first round. Many drafts even have the first four picks dedicated to wide receivers. Pittsburgh’s Antonio Brown will be the number #1 overall pick in nearly every fantasy draft this season. The position is quite top-heavy, yet deep.

Here is our top 75 wide receiver rankings for fantasy football in 2016.

2015 NFL Team Preview: New York Giants

funny weird new york giants 2015 nfl season team previewThe only big news from the New York Giants this offseason came from a freak, stupid accident. Jason Pierre-Paul rented a U-Haul van and filled it full of fireworks. He then somehow nearly blew off his hand during the process of lighting said fireworks. I saw pictures of his hand and it looked a lot like this (don’t worry, it’s not the actual picture).

Even thought JPP will miss some time this season, I still like the Giants a lot. Trust me, I would have loved to put a ‘Manning Face’ picture in this post, but since I expect them to take a big leap forward this season, it sadly didn’t fit the narrative.

Why do we love the Giants this season?

Here is the 2015 NFL team preview for the New York Giants.
