2016 NFL Divisional Playoff Games – Betting Picks Against Spread

vontaze-burfict-ben-roethlisberger-nfl-afc-wild-card-pittsburgh-steelers-cincinnati-bengals-1-850x560I went 6-2 with my NFL picks against the spread and over/under picks last weekend. I went 3-1 against the spread and 3-1 with my over/under picks. I believe I should have been 4-0 ATS, but Big Ben was nearly murdered by Vontaze Burfict…but you can’t predict injuries, so it is was it is.

Three of the four playoff games are being played outdoors this weekend, so check weather reports before kickoff. Denver, Charlotte and Foxborough are all supposed to be clear skies and relatively pleasant this weekend.

The road teams won all four playoff games last weekend. Will the trend continue?

We pick every NFL Divisional Playoff game against the spread.

2015 NFL Week 17 – Betting Picks Against Spread

pouting cam newton week 17 america's white boy NFL picks against the spread gambling carolina panthersThe Carolina Panthers had their bid for a perfect season end against Atlanta. My bid for the perfect betting season ended in Week 1, so Cam shouldn’t pout too much about his ending in Week 16!

It is important to look at potential playoff scenarios before placing any bets. A few top teams have already cemented their spot in the playoffs, so a team like the Washington Redskins could sit their starting quarterback. Also, there will be a few teams that will bench their kind-of-banged-up stars this week.

Will we finish strong heading into the NFL playoffs? We’ve had a pretty good season so far, so we hope to have a solid Week 17.

We pick every NFL game against the spread and throw out a few upsets in Week 17 of the 2015 NFL season.

2015 NFL Week 16 – Betting Picks Against Spread

Teddy Bridgewater Minnesota Vikings Chicago Bears NFL 2015 picks against the spread America's White BoyAfter killing it for nearly a month, I’ve went .500 in back-to-back weeks. I’m glad that this week is almost entirely made up of division games. You have some history to go off from and are a little more predictable.

The one major thing I make sure to study this late in the year is the standings and injury reports. A lot of teams that don’t have much left to play for can be cautious with their young players and keep them out of games. Also, some teams that are near the bottom of the league could end up tanking. I don’t see much tanking this year, so that’s a good thing.

After a close game last weekend, can Carolina stay perfect against the Atlanta Falcons?

2015 NFL Week 15 – Betting Picks Against Spread

manziel 100 dollar bill autograph signedI hovered around .500 last week and finished 7-9 on the week. I didn’t have any bad beats, just a some poor outings from quarterbacks that I thought would play better.

Make sure to keep an eye on the playoff standings from this point forward. You need to figure how which teams have something left to gain by playing hard. Also, keep an eye on weather reports. You never know when a game could turn into an ice bowl. If a team is playing outdoors in the Midwest, it shouldn’t be a huge factor since we have weird Autumn-like weather right now.

Can the Steelers keep airing out the ball against the Broncos secondary?

Can Carolina stay perfect against the New York Giants?

2015 NFL Week 6 – Betting Picks Against Spread

colts afc finalist nflPatriots and Colts fans have had this weekend’s upcoming game circled since the schedule was announced. The Patriots have dominated teams so far and the Colts just hope to get their quarterback on the field.

I went 7-6-1 last week against the spread. I felt pretty good about the outcome. I missed a few early games, but rebounded with the late games. I had two underdog moneyline plays that paid out.

A few players are returning from injuries this week and it doesn’t appear that the weather will play a huge factor this weekend. All eyes are on Andrew Luck since the Colts haven’t made it clear if he will start on Sunday night.

2015 NFL Week 5 – Betting Picks Against Spread

Week 4 seemed a bit early to start worrying about major injuries to key players. We wrote last week’s article on Thursday morning and things changed so much from then until Sunday morning.

I went 7-5-1 last week against the spread. I pulled two games off the board due to last-minute injury substitutions. Sportsbooks adjusted the lines too late in the week after Hasselbeck started for the Colts and Brees started for the Saints.

A few players are returning from injuries and suspensions this week. Andrew Luck appears to be ready to start on Thursday, but is it too early? Also, thankfully we don’t have a London game this week, so we can all sleep in on Sunday.

2015 NFL Week 3 – Betting Picks Against Spread

weird strange funny NFL picks week 3 2015 America's White Boy sports bettingWeek 2 was rough on many sports bettors across the world. It’s tough to go against how you thought a team would perform so far this season. You can’t completely ditch a team, but you still need to be focus on how a team has performed so far. Week 3 is a rubber week and you can find a lot of value.

I went 8-8 last week against the spread. I missed on some early games, but redeemed myself with a few moneyline plays. I may have finished .500, but I was still in the money.

I would have never thought Philadelphia, Seattle and Indianapolis would all be winless. They could all be undervalued this week…well, two of three teams.

2015 NFL Week 2 – Betting Picks Against Spread

funny week 2 nfl betting picks against the spread football handicappingThe first NFL game of the year, Pittsburgh at New England, was a push. It was a ‘backdoor push’, if that’s even a thing. Pittsburgh threw a meaningless touchdown in the final seconds to only lose by seven points. That could be a bad omen for the upcoming year.

I went 9-6-1 last week against the spread. I killed the early games, but the Monday night games got me.

Week 2 is usually full of landmines. You need to use what you saw last week, but also try not to overreact. If you thought a certain team was good coming into the season, but they lost by a touchdown in Week 1, don’t completely abandon the team.

We pick every NFL game against the spread and throw out a few upsets in Week 2 of the 2015 NFL season.

2015 NFL Week 1 – Betting Picks Against Spread

funny america's white boy nfl picks 2015 week 1 against the spread bettingIt feels like Christmas Day! NFL season begins on Thursday and I will be glued to the couch all weekend watching NFL and college football games. It will be glorious.

I’ve went 264-203-19 combined in the past two years picking NFL games against the spread. I’ve been posting my picks for the last five or six years, but really only kept a running total in recent years.

Week 1 is a tricky betting week. You can watch all the preseason football games you want and never get a feel for what the team will look like in their first regular season game.

I’ve been on a roll the last two years by winning over 60% of my NFL game picks against the spread. Let’s hope the hot streak continues.

2015 NFL Team Preview: New England Patriots

weird funny new england patriots 2015 NFL season team preview rob gronkowski kitten cat pictureThe New England Patriots held off the Seattle Seahawks to win Super Bowl 49. They have since had an interesting offseason. They’ve had to defend their success after rumors of cheating was brought to light by the Indianapolis Colts during the AFC Championship Game. A lot is still unknown about the situation. Tom Brady is still battling the league to get his suspension reduced or thrown out completely.

The Patriots lost some key players on defense this offseason. Brandon Browner, Darrelle Revis and long-term veteran Vince Wilfork left Belichickville. Can the Patriots repeat as champs with only an average defense?

Here is the 2015 NFL team preview for the New England Patriots.

Early NFL Win Total Predictions by Mybookie.ag

Andew Luck 2015 Indianapolis Colts NFL funny weirdI know a lot can happen between now and the start of the 2015 NFL season, but it’s never too early to find out all the NFL odds for the next season. NFL training camps open in just two weeks!

The NFL transactions page has been on silent mode lately, but it will ramp up closer to the start of camp. Just keep an eye on that page for big roster changes.

There has been a lot of movement already this offseason, so nearly all the pieces are in place for most teams.

I’m going to look at a few teams’ over/under regular season win totals. A few of the bets are no-brainers and I give a long shot bet prediction that could pay out well if everything goes right.

Is New England a smart play now, even though a ruling hasn’t came down on Tom Brady’s suspension appeal?

Rob Gronkowski Hasn’t Spent a Dime of NFL Salary

Rob Gronkowski gronk new england patriots book nflWe love writing about Rob Gronkowski. We usually cover his offseason exploits more than his actual NFL career. We also like posting pictures of him with cats.

The New England Patriots tight end has an upcoming book about his life (we doubt he wrote it), and an interesting fact came out before it was released…he hasn’t spent any of his NFL salary. He claims he lives off the marketing money he’s earned. Two of his biggest endorsement checks come from BodyArmor SuperDrink and Dunkin’ Donuts.

He earned $1.8 million in his first two NFL seasons and then signed a six-year/$54 million contract (with an $8 million signing bonus).

How has he not spent a dime of his NFL salary?
