2017 NCAA Football – Week 7 Betting Picks Against Spread

I went .500 again last week, but still felt pretty good about my picks. I missed a few by a field goal or less and a play or two didn’t fall in my favor.

This is the time of year when weather reports could become important. I don’t see any extreme weather conditions this weekend though. The Midwest looks like it will mostly be in the 70’s.

The best teams in the nation are starting to receive some ridiculous point spreads. Alabama and Georgia both have spreads of 28 points and higher. Can these SEC beasts cover these against other SEC teams?

Neither Los Angeles school has been very good against the spread this season. Can USC and UCLA avoid another loss against the spread?

2016 NCAA Football – Week 12 Betting Picks Against Spread

Picking 25 games every week has its benefits, but it has lead to a few too many weeks where I’m hovering .500. I don’t think I’m going back to picking 20 games, so don’t worry.

I went 12-13 in a difficult week with many top teams falling. I guess I should feel good hitting around .500 this week since I know some people who wiped out this week.

The College Football Playoff is currently a mess. There are a few too many scenarios in which teams that may not make their own conference championship games, could end up in the playoffs.

2016 NCAA Football – Week 5 Betting Picks Against Spread

I thought I went 16-9 for the week once again, but I added everything up again and I missed a game by a half-point, so a 15-10 record still isn’t too shabby.

We are at the point where every team is in their conference schedule, which is great. There’s a lot more information and history between teams. It also makes the betting lines more tight since Vegas has the same information as the bettor.

There’s a huge game between Louisville and Clemson this weekend. It may impact the championship race, since both teams are in the ACC. The conference is great, but I doubt they will get two teams in the playoffs.

2016 NCAA Football – Week 2 Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 13-11-1 last week with a few bad beats. I can’t beat myself up about it since Week 1 is always loaded with landmines of risk. I picked some games I should have stayed away from (Houston vs Oklahoma) and didn’t expect such poor outings from Tennessee and UCLA.

As I said before, Week 1 is full of risk, but the following week is loaded with value. You have to take what you learned in Week 1 and use it for your advantage. At the same time, there are times that you kind of have to go against all your information since betting lines are often swayed a little too much if a team outperforms preseason expectations or is underwhelming in Week 1.

Pac 12 Basketball: Who will Win the Regular Season Crown?

Pac 12 basketball championship is always a competitive with many teams going for nothing less than the title. We all know that this season is definitely no exception after the preparation the teams have undergone. After the slate of games on Saturday, both Oregon and Arizona are currently ranked at the top position of conference standings with 10-4. 2015 NCAA Football – Week 8 Betting Picks Against Spread

It finally feels like football weather outside here in Indiana. It’s the exact moment when you get the sudden urge to eat something with pumpkin spice.

Let’s take a moment to discuss the Michigan punter’s error or terror. The look on his face is the perfect reflection of how he feels inside. It was a devastating loss and will go down as one of the most improbable ways to lose a game.

There are some nice matchups this weekend, but it’s the usual lull before the rivalry games kick in the next few weeks.
