2023 NCAA Football – Week 13 Betting Picks Against Spread

Last week, I had another middle-of-the-road week with a 12-13 record in Week 12.

I am a bit tardy in posting my college football picks this week. I forgot that a handful of Friday games were taking place, but I am posting it at around 3pm, so I added the Oregon State/Oregon pick in the post.

This should be a fun weekend of games and I’m curious to see if any brawls will happen before, during or after the Ohio State/Michigan game.

2023 NCAA Football – Week 8 Betting Picks Against Spread

Last week, I had another subpar performance with a 11-13-1 record.

I was on fire the first couple weeks of the college football season, but I’ve had back-to-back weeks of under .500 performance. I needed to pivot off a few teams and I paid the price. I was glad I went heavy on Notre Dame last week, so I still ended up slightly ahead.

2023 NCAA Football – Week 5 Betting Picks Against Spread

Last week, I went 10-11-4 in a weird week with a ton of pushes across the board.

The betting line Gods had a great week as many of the lines were very tight. There were a few unexpected blowouts (Oregon vs Colorado), but games like Ohio State vs Notre Dame made it an outstanding week to watch college football.

2023 NCAA Football – Week 3 Betting Picks Against Spread

Last week, I stayed a little hot with my college football picks against the spread with a 16-9 week.

I don’t want to repeat word-for-word what I said in my NFL column, but the next couple weeks could be bare-bones picks. I have some stuff going on personally and I need to just focus on my mental health. I love writing these betting articles, but sometimes you just have to step back for a bit. I should have done this since the start of the season, but I’m stubborn af.

2023 NCAA Football – Week 1 Betting Picks Against Spread

College Football season is here, guys!

We once again saw a vast amount of changes in college football thanks to the transfer portal. It no longer takes a team two or three years to rebuild thanks to the new transfer rules.

We already saw a few games last weekend and former Wake Forest QB Sam Hartman led Notre Dame to a blowout win over Navy. It’s just one of the new players that will make big impact in their team debut.

2022 NCAA Football – Week 13 Betting Picks Against Spread

Last week, I went 13-11-1 against the spread during Week 12 of the college football season.

We have some big rivalry games this week. The Michigan vs Ohio State game will get all the oxygen this week, but there are some big games over Friday and Saturday this week.

2020 NCAA Football – Week 10 Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 12-13 against the spread last week.

The Big Ten has been weird so far. We’ve had teams like Indiana, Rutgers and Michigan State score victories over teams we expected to sail through those games. Maybe those teams have improved greatly since last season, but I doubt we will see Rutgers among the top-tier of teams in the conference at year’s end. Ohio State could be the best team in the conference by a large margin.

The marquee games this week are Florida vs Georgia (in Jacksonville) and Clemson at Notre Dame.

2017 March Madness: #7 South Carolina vs #10 Marquette

We are here to help you fill out your brackets and finally beat your cubicle neighbor in your office pool this year.

The South Carolina Gamecocks come into this game with a very favorable seeding. They could potentially play their first two games in Greenville, South Carolina. Their fans will surely make the short trip to attend this week’s game(s).

I had Marquette as a potential #9 seed just due to some of their wins. They will be a hard ‘out’ in this tourney.

2016 NCAA Football – Week 4 Betting Picks Against Spread

I had my first solid week of the year after going 16-9 last week. I felt like I had a solid grasp on the outcomes and would have had a better week if not for a couple fluke covers…but there’s nothing you can do about those.

I’m glad that there aren’t as many 30+ point spreads this week. Teams are starting to get into the meat of their schedules and conference games will be in full force by next week. I hate having to bet on huge spreads, since it just adds a lot more to factor in when picking games.

2016 NCAA Football – Week 2 Betting Picks Against Spread

I went 13-11-1 last week with a few bad beats. I can’t beat myself up about it since Week 1 is always loaded with landmines of risk. I picked some games I should have stayed away from (Houston vs Oklahoma) and didn’t expect such poor outings from Tennessee and UCLA.

As I said before, Week 1 is full of risk, but the following week is loaded with value. You have to take what you learned in Week 1 and use it for your advantage. At the same time, there are times that you kind of have to go against all your information since betting lines are often swayed a little too much if a team outperforms preseason expectations or is underwhelming in Week 1.

2015 NCAA Football – Week 11 Betting Picks Against Spread

A few undefeated teams fell last week. Memphis, Michigan State, LSU and TCU all possibly had their championship hopes go down the tubes. The way Michigan State fell had to sting the worst. The referee should have threw a flag for illegal touching.

Clemson, Alabama, Ohio State and Notre Dame are currently sit at the top of the College Football Playoff rankings. They technically control their own destiny, but you never know what kind of response the committee will have going forward.

Teams are now trying to become bowl-eligible. It seems like crazy things happen when a team has five wins and needing six.
