NFL: Which Teams Will Sign the Best Remaining Free Agents?

The NFL Draft is now in the rear-view mirror and teams have a better outlook on what they need going into training camp. Also, a few teams cut some veterans after recently drafting their replacements.

There are some former Pro Bowlers still unemployed. Some of them are due to salary cap issues and some are more for off-the-field stuff.

Some of these free agents will probably go unsigned until preseason games begin as teams will suffer injuries. A few may even go into the regular season without a job.

reDRAFT – 2011 NFL Draft

It’s impossible to grade professional sports drafts immediately after they’re done. It’s easy to just play armchair general manager the next day. The NFL team that drafts the most popular players from teams with the largest college football fanbases, get the highest draft grades. No one is giving a team an A+ to a team that drafts interior linemen.

I recently completed a reDRAFT re-do of the 2010 NFL Draft and think I need to pump out the 2011 version. Which players would be taken in the first-round in a re-do of the 2011 NFL Draft?

2015 NFL Team Preview: Philadelphia Eagles

weird funny philadelphia eagles chip kelly 2015 nfl season team previewNFL purists hate Eagles head coach Chip Kelly. They have said the up-tempo offense he ran at Oregon would never work in the National Football League. Kelly is now in his third year and he keeps proving his naysayers wrong.

The Eagles made some bold moves this offseason. They traded their starting quarterback and starting running back and let most of the veterans on the offensive line walk. Kelly uses the ‘next man up’ ideology often used in college. NFL players have a limited shelf-life, so he kicks them to the curb, albeit a little early.

Philly has went 10-6 in both seasons under Kelly. Can they hit or better than mark in 2015?

Here is the 2015 NFL team preview for the Philadelphia Eagles.
