The Atlantic 10 was the best mid-major conference in college basketball this season. There were at least five teams at the end of the season that could have won the conference championship.

The ACC has some of the best teams in the nation. A few are expected to go deep into the tourney. Syracuse wasn’t consistent and stagger into the 2016 NCAA Tournament. Some even believe Syracuse shouldn’t have gotten an at-large bid this year.

We are here to help you fill out your brackets and finally beat ‘Jill in HR’ in your office pool this year.

The Big Ten had a big year. Many of their teams sprinkled the Top 25 all year. Wisconsin didn’t start out the year hot, but finished strong in usual Wisconsin fashion.

The ACC has some of the best teams in the nation. A few are expected to go deep into the tourney. Pitt didn’t have a strong conference record, but they come into the NCAA Tournament battle-tested.

2016 March Madness: #7 Oregon State vs #10 VCU

We are here to help you fill out your brackets and finally beat ‘Tammy in the mail room’ this year.

The Pac-12 was fun to watch this year, but teams beat the hell out of each other during the conference schedule. The Beavers came out of the Pac-12 schedule with a negative efficiency rating. The got a #7 seed thanks to their RPI rating.

The Atlantic 10 had a three-way tie for the regular season title. Dayton, VCU and St. Bonaventure tied with St. Joseph’s finishing one game out. The Rams have a core group of upperclassmen that have experience in the tournament.

2016 March Madness: #7 Iowa vs #10 Temple

We are here to help you fill out your brackets and finally beat ‘Cheryl the secretary’ this year.

The Big Ten was a competitive conference with a lot of upsets. The top four teams in the conference kept trading wins, so teams have faced adversity all year. Iowa struggled more than any other top ten in the Big Ten, but still somehow managed to still get a #7 seed.

The American Athletic Conference was top-heavy, but Temple came out of nowhere after a weak showing during their non-conference schedule. They finished the year with the AAC regular season title.

2016 March Madness: #8 Texas Tech vs #9 Butler

We are here to help you fill out your brackets and finally beat ‘Becky in marketing’ this year.

Big 12 basketball was all over the place this year. They kept scavenging each other and it made for a fun year. Texas Tech was not expected to survive, but here they are in the NCAA Tournament.

The Big East was top-heavy this year. Butler was expected to compete for the title, but this year’s focus on offense is a little different from other Butler teams that had success in the NCAA Tournament.

We are here to help you fill out your brackets and finally beat ‘Frances in payroll’ this year.

I loved watching Pac-12 games this year. It didn’t matter if it was one of the best versus one of the weakest teams in the conference, those games were always competitive. Every team that made the tournament from the Pac-12 deserves to be in it.

The Big East was top-heavy this year. Providence was a favorite to win the conference, but slumped mid-season. They finished the year strong and corrected the ship.

We are here to help you fill out your brackets and finally beat Nancy in accounting this year.

The Atlantic 10 conference was better than expected this year. All the best teams in the division made the tournament and had their share of upsets early in the season.

The American Athletic Conference wasn’t as strong. Teams beat up on each other in-conference and they all came out of the year a bit hobbled. I think at least one too many teams from the conference made it into the field of 68 this year.

2016 MLB Season Preview: Milwaukee Brewers

The Milwaukee Brewers are a long way away from the team that once had a deep farm system. The Brewers didn’t win any championships with Prince Fielder and company, but they did bring this franchise back from the dead. They do have some gems in the minors ready to be called up in the next few years, but their current Major League roster is a bit thin.

The Brewers currently have nine players in camp trying to win the starting center field spot. All nine players are somewhere in-between a Four-A player and a washed-up veteran. Their outfield defense will not be pretty.

Chris Carter and Domingo Santana both have a ton of power, but opposing pitchers will rack up plenty of strikeouts against them this season.

2016 MLB Season Preview: Miami Marlins

The Marlins are one of the most schizophrenic teams in professional sports. They constantly go from trying to ‘win it all’ to ‘full-blown rebuilding mode’. I’m not sure which side of the spectrum they are now since they did give Giancarlo Stanton a huge payday last season, but hasn’t spent a dime since on anyone that can help them win now.

Miami will benefit from being in one of the most mediocre divisions. The Nationals and Mets will run away with the division with the Phillies and Braves solidly holding camp in the basement. Miami will cut their teeth with some very winnable division games.

Will Miami make some moves this season by trading Stanton or Fernandez at the trade deadline?

2016 MLB Season Preview: Los Angeles Dodgers

The Los Angeles Dodgers have a bottomless pile of money to spend and some of the greatest baseball minds working in their front office. It’s probably only a matter of time before they win a World Series, right?

I believe the Dodgers will win at least one World Series during Andrew Friedman’s tenure as team president, but some changes were needed to be made this offseason.

Don Mattingly was on the hot seat for nearly his entire run as manager. They finally let him go in favor of Dave Roberts.

Will the Dodgers make any other big moves this season as the front office continues to improve the roster?

2016 MLB Season Preview: Los Angeles Angels

The Angels made one of the biggest trades this offseason by acquiring the defensive wizard Andrelton Simmons from the Atlanta Braves. The move that was quite unexpected, but they needed to do something bold to keep up with the young Astros.

As long as the Angels have Mike Trout, they will be in the conversation for the AL Central crown. The division has gotten stronger over the last few years with both Houston and Seattle making moves to contend. The Angels will need to battle if they want to make it to the postseason this year.

The Angels need a corner outfielder, will they make a move or keep a weak platoon in left field?
