Yes, Athletes Still Sign Autographs Through the Mail

So, I’ve been busy starting a new hobby this year. I’ve been sending off sports cards to athletes through the mail to get signed. I found it to be rewarding and fun.

I’m horrible at anything video-wise, but I have been posting videos on my YouTube channel. I include my weekly returns from athletes from baseball, football, basketball, and even WWE and the Olympics. I’ll explain how I do this below the embedded video.

Sweetbob’s Hipster Music Playlist: November 2021

I was only going to do seasonal playlists, but I’ve found a lot of great new music since my Fall playlist last month.

I used to do these playlists every month, but a few of my side projects for super busy and the pandemic hit. I find more new music during football season because I sit here with headphones glued to my ears while I write 10k+ words a week.

I always keep an ear out for new music. I love discovering new bands/songs, it’s a habit from my days as a music journalist. Even though this is mostly a sports blog, I still add quite a bit of music and pop culture content. Keep sending me tracks via email or Twitter.

If you want to listen to songs that appeared on past playlists, you can listen to our playlist on Spotify or go here to view our past hipster playlists.

Sweetbob’s Punk Rock Christmas Music Playlist

I used to release a new music playlist every month, but the time it took to put together was just too crazy to keep up with during football season.

I would receive numerous emails from readers with suggestions (I appreciated every single one) and music label publicity departments signed me up for a regular diet of press release emails. I just spent way too much time putting them together. I may dabble by doing a few playlists in 2021, but the monthly lists are unfortunately in the past.

I decided to put together a list of songs from my own personal punk rock Christmas playlist from Spotify. You won’t find Mariah Carey or Burl Ives on this one, but I think you’ll enjoy it.

Have a great holiday season and stay safe.
