The AMA Motocross Championship begins in mid May and continues until late August in the United States. This year the AMA Motocross Championship is sponsored by Lucas Oil and is named the 2016 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. The championship consists of twelve rounds at twelve major tracks all over the continental United States. Tracks are located through the US starting in Sacramento CA on May 21 st and ending in Crawfordsville IN on August 27th.

Personal Reflections On Overcoming Fear Through Extreme Sports

tough-mudder-virginia-beach-03_0Do you have what it takes to be a tough mudder? When I first read about the idea, I thought it absurd. I just couldn’t see myself pushing mind and muscle through all sorts of challenges. I also didn’t see myself as being tough enough to compete shoulder-to-shoulder with triathletes and military veterans.

Here are at least 3 things I would do if I were to become a mudder:

  1. I would overcome my fears and go in there with a good attitude.
  2. I would research and buy clothes and shoes that would be as mud-resistant as possible. I especially don’t want to have to clean out muddy toenails or wash the mud out of my hair for several days in a row.
  3. I would take my mobile phone with me, just in case I needed to call for help. Since I have an iPhone 7, I would look over the best cases for iPhone 7.
