Maxim released its annual “Hot 100” list for 2016. This year’s list is quite different from previous years’ lists.
The 2016 Maxim Hot 100 does have a few familiar faces on it, but the list is mostly filled with runway models instead of young Hollywood starlets. I’m guessing it is because a pivot the magazine made over a year ago to make Maxim less of a guy’s magazine and more appealing to both men and women.
I admit that I’ve never heard of many women on this year’s list, but I’m not exactly familiar with the world of high fashion. But don’t worry, Sports Illustrated swimsuit models and Victoria’s Secret Angels are littered all over the Hot 100.

t shocking omissions are from the television show Mad Men. I don’t know how Maxim failed to add Alison Brie, Christina Hendricks, Jessica Paré or January Jones to the 2014 Maxim Hot 100. Also, I was surprised Modern Family‘s Sarah Hyland didn’t make the cut.
