Option 1: Exercise On The Way Into Work
This is a common option for many people now as their lives are so busy they are unable to fit in a proper workout routine meaning that they need to make the most of every little moment. So for example, if you work 5 days a week, depending on where you live you may want to run to work one day or cycle the next.
