Coachella is a three-day music festival held in Southern California every Summer. It has turned into a music lover’s dream with some of the biggest names in music. It even streams live on YouTube every year.
This year’s lineup for the event was recently announced. We all know the headliners (AC/DC, Jack White, Drake, etc), but this is a three-day festival. A ton of lesser-known bands/artists play and get added to the lineup in small print.
We are here to help point you in the right direction and maybe let you know about some bands you didn’t know existed…and will all be playing Coachella in 2015.
We’ve profiled many of these bands in our monthly ‘Sweetbob’s Hipster Music Playlist‘ posts. We are big fans of indie music and love finding new bands to enjoy.
Here are ten must-see bands at Coachella…that you may not have heard of.
Night Terrors of 1927 – “When You Were Mine” (featuring Tegan and Sara)
Coasts – “A Rush of Blood“
Bad Suns – “Cardiac Arrest“
Tourist – “Wait“
PHOX – “Slow Motion“
HAERTS – “Heart“
The Orwells – “Who Needs You“
