2017 NCAA Football – Week 10 Betting Picks Against Spread

I hit the most popular college football games, but missed on a lot of under-the-radar games. I’m still well above .500 on the season, but really struggled picking the early games last Saturday.

The big game against Ohio State and Penn State really paid off last week. It was a fun watch and came down to the final minute of the game. This week’s big game is Oklahoma at Oklahoma State. Can the Cowboys cover the game at home?

Iowa State, Georgia Tech and Notre Dame have been awesome against the spread this season. Can all three cover this weekend?

We at ‘America’s White Boy’ pick 25 college football games against the spread in Week 10 of the NCAA Football season (November 4th, 2017). We also pick some smaller conference games.

2017 Nigel Hayes Wisconsin Badgers Virginia Tech Hokies NCAA Tournament March MadnessWe are here to help you fill out your brackets and finally beat your cubicle neighbor in your office pool this year.

The ACC was stacked this year. If a team from that conference made it to the Big Dance, they are battle-tested. There was no easy path through the ACC this season. Virginia Tech will come into this game prepared.

The Big Ten is known for defense and methodical offenses. I think you will see both from Wisconsin in this tournament.

Can Virginia Tech knock off Wisconsin in the first round?

Who do you think will win? We help you fill out your bracket.

Can Ohio State Really Make the College Football Playoff?

ohio-state-buckeyes-college-football-playoff-2016-2017-oddsThe Ohio State Buckeyes ended up being the #2 ranked team in the College Football Playoff this week. They benefited from three of the top four teams losing last week.

If history has any relevance here, Ohio State’s loss to Penn State worked in their favor since the earlier a team loses, the less affect it has on the final college football playoff rankings. Although in Ohio State’s case, that loss could have much more of an impact since it could cost them an appearance in the Big Ten Championship game.

There’s still a lot of football left to play, but Ohio State does not control its own destiny. Yes, if they beat Michigan in the final week of their regular season, it would almost cement their spot in the College Football Playoff, but as we’ve seen before, a team that leaves their fate in the hands of a committee that selects teams, can be burned.

2016 March Madness: #7 Wisconsin vs #10 Pittsburgh

nigel-hayes-wisconsin-badgers-pitt-panthers-2016-ncaa-tournamentWe are here to help you fill out your brackets and finally beat ‘Jill in HR’ in your office pool this year.

The Big Ten had a big year. Many of their teams sprinkled the Top 25 all year. Wisconsin didn’t start out the year hot, but finished strong in usual Wisconsin fashion.

The ACC has some of the best teams in the nation. A few are expected to go deep into the tourney. Pitt didn’t have a strong conference record, but they come into the NCAA Tournament battle-tested.

Who do you think will win? We help you fill out your bracket.

2015 NCAA Football – Week 5 Betting Picks Against Spread

funny college football fan ncaa america's white boy week 4 2015 picks against the spreadI’ve been hovering around .500 so far this year. I have moved some of my rankings around and hope to have a big week. Most teams are now into their conference schedule, so there will be less spreads of 30+ and we have some historical information to help our picks.

I went 9-10-1 last week. I whiffed on BYU/Michigan and a couple others. I felt some of the picks were ‘smart’, but they did not hit. A few balls fell in the other direction in those games.

We at ‘America’s White Boy’ pick against the spread for all the big college football games on Saturday (October 3rd, 2015), and pick some smaller conference games as well. Enjoy!

Will the Colts Draft a Running Back in the First Round?

Todd Gurley 2015 NFL Draft Indianapolis Colts Georgia BulldogsScouts and team executives from around the NFL are in Indianapolis this weekend for the start of the NFL Draft Combine. Prospects will get run through the car wash with interviews, weigh-ins and various drills.

The Colts are going into this draft with a huge question mark at running back. Two seasons ago, they traded a first round pick to Cleveland for Trent Richardson, but that hasn’t worked out…at all. They are now wrapped up in nasty situation in which Indy could try to void his contract.

This draft’s running back class is top heavy. Wisconsin’s Melvin Gordon and Georgia’s Todd Gurley are on top of the list. Will Indy draft a running back in the first round?

2014-15 NCAA Football – Bowl Games – Betting Picks Against Spread

funny painting old guy football helmet scotch tightend yarmoskyIt’s bowl season!

I had a pretty decent year picking college football games against the spread. My record is now 148-118-4 on the season.

When betting on bowl games, make sure to Google if the team still has their head coach. Not many coaching changes have happened, but Nebraska, Pittsburgh, Wisconsin and a few others, won’t have their coach for the bowl.

We were 134-79-8 against the spread betting on college football games for the 2013-14 season. We hope to finish this season strong.

We pick against the spread for every bowl game. Enjoy!

2014 NCAA Football – Week 15 + Conference Championships – Betting Picks Against Spread

Maci-Hidalgo-University-Of-Arizona-Girls-college football picks against the spread hot sexyI ended up doing pretty well last week. I went 13-7 and hit on a few moneyline underdogs plays. I want to thank Georgia Tech for the outright win against Georgia. My record is now 143-112-3 on the season.

Conference Championship games can be a crapshoot. Pay close attention to injury reports and make sure to check weather reports (just in case). Most of the games this week are played in nice weather and/or in domes. It shouldn’t be a huge factor.

We were 134-79-8 against the spread betting on college football games last season. We hope to keep it going and help you guys out again this season.

We pick against the spread for all the big college football games on Saturday (December 6th, 2014), and picked some smaller conference games as well. Enjoy!
